Embark on a journey along the BINGO Trail, a family-friendly half-mile loop designed to engage explorers of all ages.
Begin your adventure by picking up a complimentary BINGO card at the Nature Center, located near the trailhead. As you explore scenic path, keep an eye out for various seasonal items depicted on your card. The trail is thoughtfully curated to highlight the natural beauty and historical significance of the area, making each visit unique throughout the year.
BINGO Cards for Kids and Adults
Our BINGO Trail offers tailored experiences for both children and adults. Kids can enjoy cards featuring local wildlife and plants encouraging them to learn and observe as they explore. Adults are provided with more challenging cards that delve deeper into the area's ecology, offering an enriching experience for all.
Prizes Over the Summer Months
During the summer, participants who complete a BINGO by finding the items in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) can return their cards to the Nature Center to be entered to win a small prize. Prizes range from commemorative buttons to educational pamphlets about Heritage Village.
This initiative aims to make your visit both fun and informative, leaving you with a keepsake to remember your adventure.
Plan Your Visit
Location: 1425 West Central Avenue, Mackinaw City, MI 49701. Heritage Village is situated approximately 1.5 miles west of downtown Mackinaw City.
Hours: The BINGO Trail is open year-round, every day during daylight hours.
Trail Head: The trail head and nature center can be accessed inside of Heritage Village directly across from the school house.
Park: There is ample inside Heritage Village with easy access to the trail head.
