School groups have found our village the perfect place to "live" history.
Practice reading, writing and arithmetic in our restored school. Learn about contagious diseases in our "pest house," a 20th century quarantine facility. Romp through the fields, hike the nature trail, and play outdoor historic games.

School groups are invited Mackinaw Area Historical Society
Your school group can be scheduled for a 1/2 day visit at the historic village and a 1/2 day visit to the Icebreaker Mackinaw or Mackinac State Historic Parks.
We are happy to accomodate your plans.
