The Mackinaw Area Historical Society specializes in monthly speakers on historical topics. It is also developing a historic village.

We are scouting the new nature trail that will be ready this summer.
SPRING HAS ARRIVED! The ice tower officially melted on April 24 at 11:03 and 31 seconds. A family from Troy Michigan won the $1,700 prize!!!!.

Historic Baseball
Mackinaw's home team, the "Boys", is eager to play. You can watch them July 19 against the Mackinac State Historic Parks "No Sweats" and again on August 2nd at the Summer Celebration.
